Coach Cheryl's FitCamp is bringing the energy with a one-night community pop-up event you don't want to miss. Friday Night Vibes is a high-energy step cardio experience designed to get you moving, sweating, and having the time of your life — all set to a hip hop soundtrack.
Featuring Xtreme Hip Hop with Bre, this class combines the power of step choreography with the rhythm of hip hop music for a workout that feels more like a party than exercise. Whether you're a seasoned stepper or stepping on the box for the first time, all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

At just $20 per class with no commitment required, this drop-in class is open to all fitness levels. All you need is a pair of boxing gloves and the drive to show up!
